Refund policy

Scent Times MNL only stocks branded tester perfumes. We do not accept returns for products that have already been "USED". If you already opened the item and use it, return of such item is no longer allowed.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchased. We always ensure that our product/s are well packed and in good condition before shipment, but if the item/s was damaged during transit or delivery, we will allow to replace the product/s provided it is  UNWORN OR UNUSED and in its original packaging. 

We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return. Please contact or message us before any returns.

If a product has been authorized for a return by Scent Times Manila, the buyer or customer has 7 business days in which to make a return. No refund or replacement will be provided until the faulty or damaged product/s are received for evaluation by Scent Times Manila.

If a product has been authorized for a return by Scent Times Manila, the buyer or customer must ensure the product/s are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to avoid any further possible damage. We advise the buyer or customer to use the same courier company which is LBC Express only. The customer will be liable for shipping cost involved when returning the product/s.

NOTE: After we inspected the returned product/s, the buyer or customer will be informed of the next steps.
